100 lucky consumers stand to meet Pele and Oscar Jr. through nationwide campaign
 

The world’s greatest soccer player, Pele and Brazil’s rising star, Oscar Jr. have been appointed 100PLUS’ brand ambassadors to lead the brand’s “Stay Thirsty” campaign. .

En Khalid Alvi, Managing Director of F&N Beverages Marketing Sdn Bhd was proud to announce the international signings as it was a first for the country’s largest soft drinks manufacturer.

“The new signings mark a big milestone and new ‘era’ for the iconic brand and we are honoured to welcome these football greats to the F&N family. The campaign theme “Stay Thirsty” instills the brand’s aspirations of thirst for life; where one strives to push beyond their limits and always hungers to be better.. Through the campaign, we hope to inspire Malaysians to never give up in the pursuit of their dreams and continue to hunger for success as epitomised by our brand ambassadors,” he added.

To mark the signing of the international ambassadors, a special limited ‘Football Edition’ 100PLUS packaging will meet consumers in April. The special edition design will be available in 500ml and 1L PET bottles, and the new 325ml sleek cans for all 100PLUS variants.

The nationwide campaign which runs from April 15 to May 31, 2015, will give 100 lucky consumers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to fulfill their life-long dream to meet legend, Pele and rising football star, Oscar Jr. in a private session.

To participate, look out for 100PLUS’ special edition packs and collect the can tabs or labels to win exclusive Pele and Oscar Jr. autographed merchandise; 20 tabs or 12 labels will win a set of exclusive football edition cans while 80 tabs or 50 labels can be redeemed for an Adidas jersey.  Over 1 million exclusive merchandise have been allocated throughout the campaign. Each entry also entitles consumers to a chance to be one of the lucky 100 to meet the football stars in person. As a part of the campaign, F&N Beverages will also organise a football clinic with Oscar Jr. as an extension of its support towards the 100PLUS Super Cup and the Ministry of Education League for primary and secondary school students.
